The official product, privacy, support, and terms page for the Form Filler Chrome extension.
Product
Form Filler is a Chrome extension for QA engineers, developers, testers, and product builders. It helps users test forms they own, build, maintain, or are authorized to test by filling those forms with meaningful sample test data.
The Extension can generate test names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, companies, job titles, dates, URLs, and similar sample values. It can also attach locally generated placeholder files, such as PDF, TXT, DOCX, PNG, JPG, or CSV files, when a QA workflow needs to test file upload fields.
The Extension works only after the user intentionally starts it by clicking the extension icon, using the context menu, or using the configured keyboard shortcut. It does not auto-submit forms, does not scrape websites, does not perform mass outreach, does not create accounts automatically, and does not run any AI or cloud-based page analysis.
Form Filler is a testing utility. Users are responsible for using it only in development, staging, QA, internal testing, or other authorized testing environments.
Form Filler includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial, users can access the product features. After the 7-day trial ends, continued use requires a paid license.
Paid access is a one-time payment for a 1-year license that can be activated on up to 2 devices. The current price is shown in the extension and on the checkout page before purchase.
Payments, taxes, checkout, license delivery, and payment details are handled by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record/reseller. The product creator and support contact is Jeyakarthick, India. Google and the Chrome Web Store do not sell or support this paid license.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information the "Form Filler" Chrome extension ("the Extension") handles and how it is used. We keep data handling limited to what is needed to provide the Extension, run the 7-day trial, and operate paid license activation.
Information the Extension handles
- Page form fields — when the user runs the Extension, it reads visible form metadata on the active tab, such as field labels, placeholders, names, IDs, input types, validation attributes, and autocomplete hints. This is used locally to decide which sample value should be inserted.
- Sample test values — the Extension generates sample names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, companies, dates, URLs, and similar test values locally in the browser.
- Generated test upload files — if the upload option is enabled, the Extension creates temporary placeholder files locally and attaches them to supported file inputs for QA testing.
- Local preferences — the Extension stores settings such as default country, fill mode, safe email domain, fill-only-empty preference, and upload-test-files preference in browser extension storage.
- Trial start marker — the Extension stores a local install timestamp in browser extension storage to calculate the 7-day free trial period.
- License key — if you purchase paid access, the activation key you enter is stored locally on your device and sent to Dodo Payments to activate and verify your license.
- License activation instance — when you activate paid access, Dodo Payments creates an activation instance ID so your license can be limited to the allowed number of devices and deactivated from this device later.
- Local installation identifier — a random ID is generated and stored on your device to label this browser installation during license activation. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
What we do not collect
The Extension does not collect, save, sell, or transmit the form data on pages you use. It does not save filled values, generated test files, form templates, website-specific profiles, browsing history, analytics events, advertising identifiers, or page contents on our servers.
Generated sample values and placeholder upload files are created locally only for the current fill action. The Extension marks fields it filled so the Clear Filled action can remove only values inserted by the Extension.
How data is stored
Trial, preference, and license state is stored on your own device using the browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). We do not operate our own analytics or tracking server for this Extension.
Who data is shared with
To operate paid checkout and licensing, purchase and license data is processed by Dodo Payments. The Extension sends license activation, validation, and deactivation requests directly from your browser to Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles that data under its own privacy policy at https://dodopayments.com/privacy-policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share Extension user data with advertising companies, data brokers, lead-generation services, or unrelated third parties.
Limited use
We use Extension data only to provide user-facing functionality, calculate trial access, activate and validate licenses, deactivate devices, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with payment or legal requirements. We do not use or transfer Extension data for advertising, behavioral profiling, creditworthiness, or unrelated purposes.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data removal
You can remove local Extension data by uninstalling the Extension from your browser. You may also deactivate your license from the Extension popup. For purchase records, license-related deletion requests, or Dodo Payments data requests, contact support at the email below.

These terms explain the purchase and use of paid access for the Form Filler Chrome extension. Dodo Payments handles checkout as the merchant of record/reseller. The Extension is created and supported by Jeyakarthick, India. Google and the Chrome Web Store are not responsible for purchases, licenses, refunds, or support.
Trial and paid access
Form Filler includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued use requires paid access. Paid access is sold as a one-time payment for a 1-year license that can be activated on up to 2 devices. The current price is shown before checkout.
After the 1-year license period ends, paid access may stop working. To continue using the Extension, you can purchase a new license from the Extension or checkout page.
Activation key
After purchase, an activation key is delivered to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and keeping the activation key private. Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting an activation key is not allowed and may result in deactivation.
Acceptable use
Form Filler is intended for legitimate form testing, development, QA, and internal product workflows. Use it only on forms you own, build, maintain, or are authorized to test. You must not use the Extension for fraud, impersonation, spam, account abuse, bypassing security controls, submitting unlawful information, or violating the terms of websites where you use it.
The Extension does not submit forms automatically. Users are responsible for reviewing any generated test values before submitting a form.
Refund Policy
Paid access is a digital license purchase. Except where required by law, Dodo Payments rules, or payment network rules, purchases are non-refundable after the activation key has been delivered or activated.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase after the free trial, not reading the product description, or choosing not to continue using the Extension after activation.
If your activation key is not delivered, cannot be activated, or the Extension does not work as described after reasonable troubleshooting, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will help resolve the issue within 24 hours to 7 days. If we cannot resolve a delivery or activation issue during that period, a refund may be provided and paid access may be revoked.
